My Beltane Rainbow Cupcakes!

I realize that it took forever to do this and the anticipation for the post is pretty much gone, but here it is anyway, the cupcakes from BELTANE! YAY!!

So, Beltane was fun! Even though it frickin HAILED on us while we were trying to set up our air mattress, basically rendering it useless for the trip! Other than that..nice!

Anyway, Beltane aside, here's pics of my awesome cupcakes and the process involved! Eeeennjoy!

It took a quadruple batch of white cake batter

Divided into six bowls and added food coloring.  Yellow and Blue not shown.

Spooned various layers of different colors into the pans

With some help, of course.

They came out pretty

Tasty too

The icing was a family project that well all did together. :)

We actually got some pretty cool effects for just using plastic bags.

Your teeth are rotting just from looking at them - aren't they?

Don't worry, only half the batch was iced.
